Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Nova Vista Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Madison, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in loan applications. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
