Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Thistle Early Learning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
