Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Amberfield Fern Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Memphis, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
