Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Cedar Vista Learning Group is an education provider in Oklahoma City serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
