Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Redstone Cedar Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in account openings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
