Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Greenridge Junction Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
