Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Summit Beacon Markets Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
