Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Highbridge Bright Press is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around proofing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
