Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Banking Services and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 562 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in loan files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
