Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Bluepeak Bright Community Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
