Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Loom Learning Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around attendance records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
