Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Miami, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
