Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Westbrook Sable Community Partners runs community programmes across Philadelphia, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around grant reporting that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in grant reporting. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
