Senior UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Highbridge Quill Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Charleston, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
