Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline Lakeside Banking Services is a regional lender in Raleigh with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
