Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Yarrow Health and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
