Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Hollow Health runs clinics and patient services around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling.
