Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Philadelphia, PA)

Bluepeak Wilder Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests.
