Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Pine Markets serves neighbourhoods around Orlando with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
