Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wilder Financial and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
