Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 846 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
