Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Ridge Medical is a Orlando company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
