Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Financial serves customers across Omaha with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory reports that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
