Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Orchard Arts Center is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
