Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sable Markets and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 765 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in supplier deliveries. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
