Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Field Financial Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
