Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Granite Learning Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around attendance records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
