Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Amber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
