Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Quill Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
