Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Kestrel Learning Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in student accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
