Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Rook Pharma develops and makes medicines in Nashville, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
