Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Northwind River Press Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in paper stock. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
