Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Miami. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
