Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Nest Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Memphis, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
