Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Early Learning is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
