Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Stone Health provides primary and specialty care in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
