Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sable Markets Associates and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
