Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Early Learning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
