Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Summit Timber Pharma and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
