Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Ridge Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Little Rock producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
