Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in training materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
