Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Nest Markets is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
