Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Lantern Medical is a Kansas City company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 740 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests.
