Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Haven Learning Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around school calendars that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in school calendars. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
