Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Corner Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Honolulu, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in device records. • Experience running usability tests.
