Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Timber Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
