Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Grand Rapids, MI)

Silverline Haven Medical Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
