Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Grand Rapids, MI)

Rivermark Lantern Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
