Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Cross Health provides primary and specialty care in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
