Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Beacon Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around classroom supplies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in classroom supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
